Comments: Blew my left hamstring on mile 18. Almost DNF'ed. Limped home on one leg. What would you do differently?: Need more training. These folks were fast! ![]() Transition 2

What limited your ability to perform faster: 2 things. First, I just started training 8 weeks ago. Not enough. Second and more importantly my hamstring blew. Event comments: Great race in a beautiful setting. Well organized. Wish so much I didn't suffer the injury. Last updated: 2005-11-07 12:00 AM
