I had a toe injury requiring taping, and once the tape was wet it made it difficult to get my socks on. Ate up a lot of time.

Dangerous at times on the trails. Small problem on the final lap up the big hill when my bike refused to shift to the small ring for a while.

The hot weather and poor hydration effort caught up to me here. My quads cramped severely the entire last mile. It felt good to finish, but my quad seized up and I couldn't walk for 5 minutes.

It was fun to race with friends, and all of the other people at the race were quite friendly. The bike course could be safer, I hope they get it changed for next year as hoped.
