What would you do differently?: I believe if I was racing and not pacing I could have done a 43 min run... Post race
Warm down: walked, drank water, ate some delicious soup from Stella Vita... What limited your ability to perform faster: pacing and not racing...I honestly felt very good and the ascents felt flat to me today...last week I did a high mileage week and rested this week (with one good speed workout 2 days prior)... Event comments: billed as a 10K but was 1/3 mile short...not enough pre race porta potties (in fact there were none) Last updated: 2010-01-01 12:00 AM
