Ran without my watch which released stress and worry about pace. A PR by 5 minutes
What would you do differently?:

Careful about how much water and gatorade I drink during the race

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Need to do more hill work and lose more weight.

Event comments:

For some reason they do not have my results. I made sure I stepped on the blue mats to be timed, but for some reason they have no record of me running the race. Extremely frustrating since I did not wear my watch. My only solice is that I looked at the time clock at the finish line.
