Comments: Was on the fence as to put myself in the 4-6 minute or the 6-8 minute group. Decided on the 6-8. Found this was a mistake. Passed 3 people, would've been 4 but someone didn't show. 2 of the passes cost me time. Felt good though!! Had a nasty adrenaline feeling about half way thru but didn't affect the swim. No flip turns. May try to brush up on flip turns as this would improve time next time. What would you do differently?: Different seed group. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: My shoes are laces and one velcro strap so that casts me time. Had trouble putting shirt on wet body. Went well considering. What would you do differently?: Get different shoes...Get one of those triathlon onesys I see everyone wearing ![]() Bike
Comments: Was dissapointed with this. Expected to do about 5 minutes better.Tried to stay somewhat comfortable and take advantage of the gears when I could. What would you do differently?: Need to ensure my positioning is correct first.Need new shoes as mine are the heavy bike shoes that are made for walking too. Need aero bar....Need to work on my biking most of all. Really bad training last 2 months due to groin strain and sickness. Need to work on it. Will start doing at least one spin class per week. ![]() Transition 2
