Overall it was a pretty good swim for me. My navigation was much better than normal. The sighting technique I've been practicing helped a lot.

Spent very little time at my rack. I had some trouble getting clipped in.
What would you do differently?:

Ride outside more so I can get more efficient at clipping in.

I felt really good on this ride. I ignored my Garmin and just rode. It paid off because that is the fastest I've ever ridden.

Dismount line was earlier than I was expecting. I had time to take off my right cleat, but I had to unclip my left. Ended up dropping my bike while I was running with it. Good thing nobody was running right behind me, I think.
What would you do differently?:

Hold my bike with two hands while running.

This is an awesome race. I was a spectator last year, and it made me want to do triathlons. I can't wait to do it next year.
