Comments: Swim was in the pool the day before...we started the bike with bike gear on..all we had to do was walk to bike and ride. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: The bike is definetely my strongest sport..I felt really good during the entire ride...rode as hard as I could..2 minutes faster than last year. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Went up the wrong row about 1/2 way..lost a bit of time back tracking..had a rock in my shoe that was not there when I set up..stopped to remove it after leaving transition area. What would you do differently?: Will get some speed laces, maybe bike shoes with velcro since I ride with my mtn bike shoes. Wierd, I know. Run
