Swim was in the pool the day before...we started the bike with bike gear on..all we had to do was walk to bike and ride.

The bike is definetely my strongest sport..I felt really good during the entire ride...rode as hard as I could..2 minutes faster than last year.

Went up the wrong row about 1/2 way..lost a bit of time back tracking..had a rock in my shoe that was not there when I set up..stopped to remove it after leaving transition area.
What would you do differently?:

Will get some speed laces, maybe bike shoes with velcro since I ride with my mtn bike shoes. Wierd, I know.

Would like to see recovery type drinks..all they had was water. Pizza never sounds good to me after a race.
