Comments: This race was a lot of fun. My main goal was to avoid injuring myself, so I wasn't worried about pace and I enjoyed Lisa's company. She was especially helpful when it came to being smart about not going too fast down the steep inclines. What would you do differently?: Nothing. I accomplished my goal. Post race
Warm down: We walked around quite a bit and then had lunch downtown. What limited your ability to perform faster: I did not intend to push myself here, so my judgment was not to perform faster. Event comments: As it turned out, I was pretty sore after this run, so I was especially pleased with my decision not to try to race faster.
