 Comments: I hadn't been doing any run training for the last month since I had a foot injury. I wasn't sure how the race would go but I am happy with my performance. What would you do differently?: Actually have a run training program and not have an injured foot.  Post race Warm down: Walked around the block to cool down What limited your ability to perform faster: Not training for the month prior Event comments: Overall it was a good race - nicely organized. Got up. Had a green smoothie. Got my stuff together...drove to the race venue. I was there about 45 min. early. Went to the washroom...stood around.
None really. It was really cold out...kind of jumped around a bit to keep warm.
