Comments:

I had a prime rack spot but I could not get my helmet strap snapped on. It took me about 5 or 6 tries. I also forgot to lay out a towel for my feet.

First half of run was slow and tedious. I never got into a rhythm. Finally got going in the second half. I actually ran faster last year when I tripped and fell and had to walk part of it.
What would you do differently?:

I usually eat a GU at the end of the bike and I think it gives me a boost for the run. I didn't eat my GU until I had started the run.
Post race
Warm down:

High-fived my 8 yearold as I was coming down the finish chute then I hung out with them for awhile. Visited the RTC tent and had some great fruit and ice cold gatorade. Thanks Donna and Dee and whoever else helped. My wife was impressed with the hospitality of the RTC folks. As Matt Fisher says"Memebership has its privileges".
