Comments: Felt really good and pushed it to my fastest 5K ever! Post race
Warm down: Walk, stretch, elevated the legs, watched the wife finish! Rode the bike 6.5 miles back home. What limited your ability to perform faster: heat, hydration, and training. Event comments: They switched the course about 2 weeks prior to raceday. I am very happy with that! THis course was very spectator friendly! I hope the RD can keep it like this next year!
