Comments: It was a tough swim! I need a LOT more laps in the pool. I have been quite busy with work this past month, so had little time for training. Wish I could have gone faster! :/ I probably went out too fast and then just slowed significantly. What would you do differently?: MORE laps in the pool! Transition 1

Comments: So, this is the part of the race that I need help! I need quite a bit more seat time and I really need to ride on hills. I lost about a minute from last year...(due to training) and want to get much better on this part of the race. I could be competitive if I cute 4-5 minutes here! Maybe that will be my goal for next season!! What would you do differently?: More time in the seat!! Train on Hills Transition 2

Comments: This run felt FANTASTIC! Had a good group of people to run with and I think we pushed each other. This is only the second time I ran the complete 5K! Pace was great...run was great! Couldn't ask for more with only two short training runs in the past 3 weeks! What would you do differently?: nothing Post race

No big routine, other than to do a short run warm-up and some stretching. Had a bagel with peanut butter and a LOT of water (hence two trips to the porta-potty!). This race was just about finishing, due to the lack of training coming in.
