Comments: Much harder than I anticipated. I still have a lot of work to do. What would you do differently?: I would start with the 7min guys rather than the 6min guys. Transition 1
Comments: I took a lot of time trying to get my socks on then the shoes. What would you do differently?: Learn how to jump on the bike with the shoes already attached and slip my feet in. Bike
Comments: Bike was alright. I was slacking on the training coming into race day. probably could have done better. What would you do differently?: Stick to the training. Transition 2
Comments: Good transition. What would you do differently?: Learn to take my feet out of shoes before coming in. Run
Comments: Had a good run. No problems. What would you do differently?: I need to work on speed skills. Post race
Warm down: I walked around a little and ate the snacks they had out (bagels, peanut butter, jam, oranges) What limited your ability to perform faster: I wasn't ready for the swim as much as I thought I was.
