Swim
Comments: Felt really good on the swim but I forgot to start my watch and noticed it almost all the way down the first lap...stupid fucker. Guessed at my time but felt strong and smooth. What would you do differently?: Not be wheels off and forget to start my watch. Transition 1
Comments: no clue as I forgot my timing chip while setting up my T area. Probably 3 minutes or so. What would you do differently?: Not be a dumbass Bike
Comments: Felt weak on the bike. Wind really affected me...need to get my ass in gear on the training. What would you do differently?: Train Transition 2
Comments: Again..no clue because no timing chip but it was pretty quick. 1:30 - 2:00 I am guessing. Run
Comments: Felt pretty good on the run...love this course because no matter how cold you are on the bike...the run is awesome! What would you do differently?: Just keep running more Post race
Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough training...too much traveling, drinking, and not eating right. Event comments: Fun little race...always a favorite way to start off the year. Last updated: 2010-01-12 12:00 AM

Woke up at 4:45, had a bowl of cereal with blueberries and juice. Took my usual shower to wake up, chill...then headed to Keller at 5:45.
Got to the parking lot and it was empty of people and full of cars. Hopped on my bike and started riding over and noticed that the T area was full? I got there at 6:40...10 minutes after the T area opened....or so I thought. Forgot to set my clock ahead so I was late. They hurried me in and gave me like 2 minutes to set up my T area so my wheels were off the whole day.
