Could of ran a bit quicker if I didn't have a stitch, walked a wee bit. But was spurred on by other racers, which was nice.

Not enough hill training on the bike and a stitich during the run.

Event comments:

I felt I did well and was really pleased with my swim time. More bike practise for next year.
