Brrrr.. COLD!!!
Kind of felt lost on this swim. Not enough bouys to mark the course.
Decent swim though.

Great course, bad weather. Rain in the middle of the ride, feet were soaked and cold.
Lots of hills but none too obscene!
Didn't push too hard, kept my HR around 145.
Need to work more on my cycling this winter, it's definitely declined!

I felt good going out on this run. First half was great.. around one hour.
Slowly faded in the second half. Last 5 km was torture. Down to running 3 min, walking 1:30.
Just felt tired, legs were dead.

What would you do differently?:

Need to work on my strength I guess. I don't think I need to slow the first half down, I need the strength to not fade in the second half.

Lots of room for improvement for next year. I don't like being in the bottom half of my age group!

This was a good race, well organized, beautiful course, lots of volunteers and tons of spectators.
Lots of money though too!
