Very happy with the swim, I sighted much better than the last time and kept a steady pace, the other guys went out hard and was a little crazy at first but I pulled through them and then cruised.
What would you do differently?:

could have gone out a little harder at first

Good transition, used earplugs on swim so I wasn't dizzy. wasn't used to putting the race belt on on the t1 but was fine, transition location wasn't the best.

wetsuit didn't come right off

Good bike, got a little cramping on the left calf with manifested on the run. Had a good pace going, fell off a touch on the last 5 miles or so

fell apart again. got both calfs cramp and two side stitches, had to take it out very slow and then picked it up as it went on, didnt push it too hard because of the cramps

took it out even slower

Fun race. I had a good time despite being frustrated with the run again. need to figure out these side stitches. Fun having julia there, she did good.
