Good swim, tough to sight on the way out and was a little crazy going through some of the other waves but on the way back I cruised pretty good and didn't come to too many other swimmers

Good bike, the old stage was tough, but glad I had the triple! Pushed pretty hard after old stage, felt good but got a little numb in the aero position

Pushed the miles leading up to the climb a little harder

Tough run, took it easy at first and felt pretty good, started slowing down by mile 2.5 or so, grabbed a gel, water and gatorade at turnaround aid station and was like brand new, picked it up after the turnaround. Saw Julia at about the 1.5 mile mark she looked good. Didn't get side stitches too bad at all which was great, had a few moments of greatness where I felt good and some very rough moments also!

Great race, the course is actually a lot of fun would definetely do it again. I had a pretty good pace, would have liked to be more consistent on the run.
