Comments: Started out a little too fast which cost me speed in middle and end of race..However was able to recover some speed after noticing too fast start What would you do differently?: Patience at the beginning..also using other runners to draft especially in high wind areas Post race
Warm down: Easy Stretch indoors What limited your ability to perform faster: Had stomach virus previous day...limited carbo load untake and also had to hidrate day of.
