Right away legs felt the 76 mile ride from the day before, not to mention being out of the water for a couple of days.

End came up fast and I could not get my left foot our of my shoe on the bike. Probably cost me a couple of seconds.

Each mile was faster, but I just could not hold off the two guys chasing me. Dropped from 4th to 6th. Not sure if I could go harder or not.
