This was a 5pm race in Saturday. In the morning I had done a 1km ocean swim. Had brunch, came home and had a knapp. Was hungrey..had a rice dish at about 2:15pm. The prepared to leave.
Felt a bit heavy in the stomach..but then just went and did it...
