Pre-race routine:

Just woke up and ate some fruit with a redbull, then went to the race.
Event warmup:

It was kind of cold and a little rainy so I just stretched a little and waited for the start.

Comments:

Run was good, since it was cold and rainy at the beginning I started out slow and had to get warmed up. Overall my run went well, my goal was under 2 hours and I achieved that.
What would you do differently?:

Warm up better. Also I still had some energy at the end and feel like I could have run better, but since this was my first race of this distance I wasn't sure how much energy to save.

Warm down:

Just stretched some and drank some water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing I was very pleased with my run.

Event comments:

This was a excellent race.
