Pre-race routine:

Had a muffina dn water for breakfast and drove to race. ??? no snow at my house. Met Marmadaddy and Team Snowflake (Karen). Had a little cocoa. Where's the coffee? Little jog out to start and some calf stretches. Started at mid pack or so. Mike the speedster started up front. Karen way back. Talked Jeff T and met bunch of other peoples on snow

Road surface good. Covered with snow about 75%. Half slushy and half packed and icey. Needed to pick lane carefully

Practice on icey pavements and frozen ponds

Fun to hear all the jingle bells ringing at the start. I think I had the best hat. Fun race Good race to end the season on.
