Comments: Felt really good for entire race. Went faster than I planned. Really pushed by myself throughout. Used downhill to pick up speed, just let the hil pull me along. Started to feel tired last 500m. Really sliwed down going up final hill. Warm down: Light stretching. Need to do more warm up. Ate a bagle and a banana. Drank some water and gatorade What limited your ability to perform faster: Move up in coral More confidence in ability needed Couse narrow and therefore a little crowded Event comments: Great race.
