Homemade cranberry muffin, half an english muffin with peanut butter & orange juice for breakfast
Banana & 1/3 bottle of gatorade about 20 mins before race

Comments:

Felt really good for entire race. Went faster than I planned. Really pushed by myself throughout. Used downhill to pick up speed, just let the hil pull me along. Started to feel tired last 500m. Really sliwed down going up final hill. Good sprint for last 100 m
What would you do differently?:

Start further up in my coral
Push harder at the last hill
Most post-race stretching
Post race
Warm down:

Light stretching. Need to do more warm up.
Ate a bagle and a banana. Drank some water and gatorade

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Move up in coral
More confidence in ability needed
Couse narrow and therefore a little crowded
