Comments: Love this race. no question this is the most challenging type of race I have run to date. What would you do differently?: train harder prior. I let this get up on me with out training for it...oh well, still enjoyed the course . Post race

Get number and walk around.
Just stretch a bit. knowing the problems with cramps and tired quads wanted to try and at least wake them up a bit.
