First time soo... Carb load the nice before, wake up at 0430, coffee, banana, raisin bran, clif bar, and freeze my butt off until the start.

Surprised at my swimming ability compared to how I thought I was going to do. Felt great but need to work on swimming with people. Tried breathing on the left side and.... epic fail.

Swim faster. Learn to breath on both sides. Tried breathing on the left side and.... epic fail.

Holy smokes.... HILLS! Well more like 2 mountains but besides that I felt great on the bike. I could be wrong about the course being extremely hilly because this was the first time I rode my bike on a hilly outside course.
What would you do differently?:

Train for hills more and get up to speed faster.

I feel like I could have pushed myself a little harder.
