Comments: Holy smokes.... HILLS! Well more like 2 mountains but besides that I felt great on the bike. I could be wrong about the course being extremely hilly because this was the first time I rode my bike on a hilly outside course. What would you do differently?: Train for hills more and get up to speed faster. Transition 2
Comments: Went well. No clipless pedals so just hopped of the bike and I was ready to go. Oh wait.. I could not get my freaking biking gloves off... Run
Comments: I think I might have been on a traithlete high or something. I don't think I have run a sub-20 5K since high school. Needless to say I was pleased with my time and felt great! What would you do differently?: I feel like I could have pushed myself a little harder. Post race
