Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 5, two cups of coffee, bagel w/ peanut butter & a banana
Event warmup:

Roads closed @ 7, race didn't start until 8:30. Waited around in the car then ran around for about 5 minutes

Comments:

Good run (another PR) thanks to the weather (50-60 for most of the race). Started out fast and faded towards the finish, probably due to running a half marathon a week prior. Getting a seeded time is key for this race so you can avoid the crowded start.

What would you do differently?:

Not run a half marathon the weekend prior. Two races in 6 days was a little too much. Overall though, a good time. Still need to work on my downhills/uphills.

Very well organized race with a good after party (free beer). The expo was open after the race too and the free smoothie samples were amazing.
