Pre-race routine:

Arrived a couple hours early and got a good spot in the transition area. Made sure I had a good breakfast and a good stretch.

This was a good course with a good uphill at the beginning of the loop and a good downhill at the end of the loop. Each lap had more people on the course and made it harder to maneuver through the crowd.

This was my first tri and I didn't know what to expect. Transition times were slow also.

Very well organized race with lots of volunteers and a well marked course.
