Comments: Good first mile. Hill at mile 2 blew up my pacing. Able to hold it together for the last mile. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
Warm down: Not much. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight. Event comments: Just a race so I don't forget what it was like to run. This was a pace test to see where my training numbers should be. Still a bit heavy for this time of year. Last updated: 2010-02-07 12:00 AM
