Comments: need to tempo my race more.. I push a bit too hard and then run out of steam towards the end... What would you do differently?: train much more.. (Im working on it ) ![]() Post race
Warm down: just walked about 1/4 mile and then eat some cookies and bread.. and apple juice .. yum. What limited your ability to perform faster: weather.. adequate training for 10K.. i just started increasing my mileage beyond 3-4 this month... I drank one of those 5-hour energy bottles and a nutrigrain bar.. had a little bit of water ..
late morning run... I sat in the coliseum until 5 minutes before the race... I jumped up and down and wiggled to keep warm... it was about 32-34 degrees outside.
