Warm up a little longer and take it out a litte faster. Felt like I really took this easy.

Didn't really speed through this. Took a few moments to decide what layers to wear on the bike.

Try working the hills a little harder in a slightly harder gear.
Make more use of the middle front sprocket. I was generally in the biggest or smallest front sprocket.

Legs hurt, but seemed to be able to keep a descent comfortable pace
What would you do differently?:

Try to run faster. Had a lot left at the end when I tried to pick up the pace for the last mile.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough running/biking mileage build-up. Need to have more confidence that I can push harder on running segments and still have enough conditioning to do well in other segments.

Event comments:

Nice venue, Beautiful Scenery, Smooth roads with some challenging hills. Will definitely do this again.
