Run
Comments: Since I hurt my Achilles on Christmas eve I hadn't been doing much running and my longest run in months had been 8 miles. So I decided I'd use this as a training run and hope my Achilles would hold up. Lap splits as best I could do. I missed some because of the crowds, others just because of poor placement Mile 1 & 2: 18:39 Mile 3: 9:16 Mile 4: 9:06 Mile 5: 8:50 Mile 6: 8:57 Mile 7: 9:02 Mile 8 & 9: 17:20 Mile 10: 8:43 Mile 11 & 12: 16:35 Mile 13: 8:26 Last 0.1: 0:58 What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Ate and left. To cold for anything else. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training Event comments: I like it because its a home town race and the half course is awesome. Last updated: 2010-02-13 12:00 AM

Nothing. At 30* there isn't much that will warm you up.
