Pre-race routine:

Got up and ate a bagel with cream cheese. Went back to bed. Woke up again and got changed drove the 2 miles to the race start.

Since I hurt my Achilles on Christmas eve I hadn't been doing much running and my longest run in months had been 8 miles. So I decided I'd use this as a training run and hope my Achilles would hold up.

Lap splits as best I could do. I missed some because of the crowds, others just because of poor placement
