nadamucho - cereal. Prob. not enough energy, felt sluggish the whole way

great run, great vibe.
What would you do differently?:

maybe better eating and prep - felt really sluggish, not sure why.

Warm down:

muscle milk, two gels, apple and banana - shoulda eaten better real food.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

prob. eating, plus training wasn't optimum. shoulda planned better for it.

Event comments:

Great race, great vibe, $15 great price.

first mile 8 mins (shoulda been faster, mostly downhill!) 2nd mile 9:15 - walked hill to see if I'd pick it up in speed, might have.
Course: long sloping down with gentle up then steep in the middle.
