19/62 overall (men and women)...woke up took shower got dresses had Ensure at home before drive...
Event warmup:

rode bike maybe 1/3 mile...jogged but did 3 sets of strides to get fast twitch muscles going...

6:57, 7:42, 7:40, 7:35 (0.26 miles) for the respective miles...probably went out too fast and faded more than what I expected...did feel more comfortable the second half of run...

recovering from GT38.5 still and too tough BRick workout last week and need to do some more tempo workouts...
