Pre-race routine:

Ate 2 Cliff Bars at approx 5:30 and drank 20 fl. oz water.
Event warmup:

Stretched for 10 min and swam 250 yards warmup
Swim
  • 06m 12s
  • 300 yards
  • 02m 04s / 100 yards
Comments:

Managed to pass 3 people, but almost had a couple collisions when people were trying to pass and not looking down the lane.
What would you do differently?:

Would have been nice if I had known there'd be no diving. Getting started was a little awkward.
Transition 1
  • 01m 59s
Comments:

Shirt got stuck on my neck and it slowed me down. No problem getting shorts on this time.
Bike
  • 36m 39s
  • 10 miles
  • 16.37 mile/hr
Comments:

Did have to cross 4 sets of RR tracks and bounced my bottle out of the cage early on lap 1. Felt like I could really attack the hills. Passed lots of people and even lapped a few.
What would you do differently?:

I think I definitely need to ride the course the day before so I know where I'm going a bit better. Or drive it even.
Transition 2
  • 00m 57s
Comments:

I fell getting off the bike because my shoe slid on the pavement. Probably lost about 10s.
What would you do differently?:

Not fall off the bike!
Run
  • 29m 42s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 09m 35s  min/mile
Comments:

Felt great, even though a bit slower than usual. Was able to sprint the last 500 m or so.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I think I just need to do more speed work in my running.
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

Was a little drained because I was on my period. Just need to keep working to get faster.

Event comments:

The course wasn't horribly difficult; I definitely could have done a more difficult one, but it was a great experience. I felt so much more relaxed this time. We started the swim a couple minutes late. They had lots of great volunteers and everyone was super nice.

Had to go to work, so I couldn't stay to see official results, but my guess is that I placed pretty well. I chicked a bunch of guys and passed lots of people who were in front of me.
