Pre-race routine:

Woke up 4:10am. Had 2 whole wheat bread w/ butter and gatorade.
Event warmup:

Simple streching. Had a hammer gel before race.

Comments:

Awesome race. Beautiful weather. I had a gel before the race, then another one by mile 6.5. I ran a negative split, second half I ran under 10 min mile. I ran out of gas by mile 11, I had a gatorade and was strong for the last mile.
What would you do differently?:

Play with gel/drink intake last 3 miles of race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did great, 6 min less than any other 1/2 marathon (split) I've done.

Event comments:

Great race, lots of volunteers, food. Well organized. Will do it again!
