Comments: In a lane with a guy who was fairly slow - i had to overtake him twice which was a novelty. Wore a swimhat for the first time - it is different. What would you do differently?: Try to do it a little quicker. Warm up! Transition 1
Comments: Long walk from transition area to start bike hence long time. I maybe should get to run with bike ... What would you do differently?: Run with bike. I have been not rushing in transition as i seem to be doing it all too quickly so maybe i should just trust myself more. Bike
Comments: Really really hard. And it was raining and dull and if my boyfriend hadn't been there at end of first loop i would easily of packed the whole lot in. What would you do differently?: Really really need more practise on bike - specially with inclines - hills. Transition 2

Comments: Still run/walking. A little quicker than last week. Still problems with bladder stability but i won't go into that now What would you do differently?: still neeed to do 5 km run - need to practice Post race
Warm down: Some stretches then had a massage. I said my hamstrings felt tight and the bloke really hurt me ..I have the bruises to prove it! What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training, bladder.
