Pre-race routine:

Expo day was nice ate at stumpys fried chicken grits and waffles. Guess the supper didnt settle or the 4 beers. Oh well stomach a little upset in the am. Slept like hell got about 4 hrs noisy hotel. Concert cheerleading and fire trucks with dumb people driving around honking horns.
Event warmup:

Normal breakfast bagel pb and banana with cup of coffee. Then head down to race start about half a mile nice walk stretch out kiss wife good bye she was doing the half and then off to pace group.

Comments:

Started off with the 3:40 group and dropped back felt good didnt try to push myself ran my race. Got to the 20 mile mark still feeling good starting to get tired but on track to hit 3:45 got to the 22 mile mark and cramped up. First both my arms never happened before. Then both my calves was incredible. Took awhile to get it straightened out but was off pace then decided to be able to finish the race in good spirits. Slowed down my pace and had a PR. Did have a slight GI issue more probably from the nasty gu on the course.
What would you do differently?:

Drink more on the course take in two cups of water instead of only one got behind I guess only thing I can thing of to explain the cramping.
Post race
Warm down:

Walk back to hotel stretch in the grass. Missed my massage to sore to get in there.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramping at mile 22. Other then that awesome race.

Event comments:

Last year for the marathon here had a good time. Much better race then last year weather was awesome and Four Green Fields was packed.
