Woke up, eat yogurt & Protein and some peanut butter crackers. And a cup of coffee!!

Had a GREAT run. PR for me. 5 min faster than I expected. I was running faster that I though tI should at the start, but had enough left to finish really strong. I think I even negative split the race.

Not much. Had a great race.

Training. Keep up the speedwork.
