hold back a little on the bike to save a little for the difficult terrain run

I recomend trail running shoes with a harder sole to protect your feet from all the rocks you have to run on.

Great Race. Very Fun. Nice and different in terms of the run. The bike course, is well part of the Iron man so the road is great and the volunteers sweep it the gravel off the day before which is awesome.
