Cold rain and wind

Warm down:

walk and change to warm up and get dry temp fell from 50 with light rain to 40 with steady rain

What limited your ability to perform faster:

had a good first half then the rain and wind picked up and kind of took all the push out of my drive - felt like I could have done 3-4 min faster with good weather. still felt pretty good about the result considering the conditions.
