Swim
Comments: Westsuit squeezing me and it took a little while to get into the swim. Second half of the course I forced myself to keep my face in the water for every other stroke breathing. What would you do differently?: Practice in wetsuit. But my time was pretty good. I was pretty pleased as I got out of the water before my brothers swim wave started. Transition 1
Comments: Wetsuit off fine. Just sat down to put on my socks & shoes. I need to stream line what I do in T-1. Bike gloves, UA head cap, hat shirt??? What would you do differently?: practice I thought it went pretty well Bike
Comments: I tried to stay steady on the ride. I was faster out of the swim this time so I kind of had road by myself. No one to race with. What would you do differently?: I just need more time on the bike Transition 2

Comments: I suck at running. I made about 3/4 mile running and then went into a walk -run combo. This did include T-2 time but should been abouot 1 m 20 s. What would you do differently?: I will just keep working on the run Post race

Woke -up at 415 AM. Loaded bike in truck, ice in cooler and made breakfast.
Redbull, cheese toast bagel and a raisen box.
Depart the house at 5 am and arrive at the race site at 530. Racked the bikes, got marked, pick-up chip & set up transition. We had an hour or more to kill so we watch everyone.
None.
Pulled on wetsuit, got in line and went.
