Comments:

Wanted to average 6:40's was on pace through first 3 miles, HR was very high and legs started to hurt in the hamstring. Stopped messaged it quickly and slowed down. Just a bad race for me, I just ran a 19:36 5k last week so 6:40's should not have been a problem
What would you do differently?:

not sure breathing was hard, may be caused from current cold I have, but I should have performed well. Not sure what happen, after 3 miles I shut it down

chest cold, leg pains

very good race, well organized and for $13 well worth the money
