Comments: Run felt good What would you do differently?: Train more and really go all out. Post race
Warm down: Walked for about 1 mile. Drank water, hammer gel, apple and bag of pretzels immediately. Had Whole wheat english muffin with turkey bacon and egg whites with a small coffee. What limited your ability to perform faster: Mental. Crowding at the beginning. Event comments: It is a very crowded start. You burn a lot of energy at the beginning.
