More training prior - I rested up for about 2 weeks before the event due to IT band

Right shoe caught the ground and popped out of the cleat - wasted about 15-20 seconds

Rubber band on the heal to hold the shoes. Don't bother with the socks till T2

Pre race tension in legs stopped me training in the 2 weeks prior. Got lazy about my swimming after the swimathon
