Comments: ALOT more hills than I thought. What would you do differently?: More hill training. My left knee hurt at the last 5 km. Go to the bathroom earlier during the race. Post race
Warm down: Wrapped in foil, wakled and stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Needed a bathroom break but the line ups were too long and my knee hurt.
