Run
Comments: The results should be taken with a grain of salt, given that this was a point-to-point race w/ more downhill than uphill & the 25-30 mph tailwind we had the whole way(well, except for the last mile or so). Still, I managed to negative-split the last 4+ miles & had plenty of gas in the tank to push for the last half-hour or so. So it was a success and a PR by nearly 6 minutes to boot. I'm within striking range of a sub-2 hour half-mary if I get the ideal race conditions. Post race
Warm down: With the wind & temps, 'warm down' consisted of not bring indoors. Event comments: The medal was nice & the food was well-stocked with no line to speak of. If you want to PR, this is a good spot to do it. Last updated: 2010-03-09 12:00 AM

Sat in the bus & listened to the wind howl.
Stretched & shivered.
