Comments: I love trail running! Not boring at all.Felt pretty good considering I only ran a handful of times to prepare. Entered a hockey tournament forgetting that I was running this weekend. Had a tough game Thursday night, Friday night and had 2 on Saturday afternoon/evening. Glad we lost Sunday because I couldn't have made it through the championship game Sunday PM. Again, if I put a little effort in training I might do better. What would you do differently?: Train and not play in a hockey tourney the same weekend. Post race
Warm down: Stretched out a bit. Grabbed some of the free food and hit the road to hockey! What limited your ability to perform faster: Same old, same old. Woke up. Got there. Ate my typical bagel and PB. Drank some water.
Ran about 10 minutes easy to warm up. Stretched out for about 5 minutes or so. Ate a Gu pack.
