Pre-race routine:

Up at 5:15. Took at soak in the tub, had coffee, and 1/2 of a breakfast cookie. Didn't feel like the banana and almond butter I planned. Just wasn't hungry. Got to the site at 6:35. Field full of cut grass, totally trashed my bike. Weeds and grass were stuck in the brakes, etc.

Nothing, really. I just need more practice. Swim went as good as can be expected.

Great race. Only drawback is the awards. Ok, I'm not 10, so I guess I don't need a medal...but 1st, 2nd, and 3rd all go the same award.
