cramp at start of bike. went away about 1 mile in. ended up with a very fast bike split.

cramped at 0.6 mile. drank lots at mile 1. cramped at 1.5 mile, even worse. drank even more. ran rest without incident, but could not go hard in fear of more cramps.
What would you do differently?:

drink more on bike. less water on back of head as it went straight to my feet.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

cramps. week of drinking at tablerock the week leading up didnt help.

Event comments:

drink station came in bunches, would have like to have seen better spacing there.
